There are not a whole lot of parts to this product and one can choose silhouette and pleated versions as well. The bottom line...get the fantastic clean look and all of your other window options for a pittance of the hassle. Easy to install, easy to maintain, easy on the eyes...it just doesn't get any easier than this! Whatever minor extra cost is involved is more than made up for by your saved time, saved monies on washing, saved cleaners, etc. You just need to keep your window cleaner and that is it!
